Why should I track my performance?

Without tracking performance, it's difficult to see just how far you've come or whether you are progressing toward your goals. It's also hard to gauge what you need to work on and areas of weakness.

Visibility and seeing your progress helps to build and maintain motivation and also raise awareness of your actions which leads to more healthy choices. When you regularly make the same choice, positive habits start to form until they become second nature.

 When you track your performance, you can start to understand how your lifestyle choices are affecting you and make informed decisions about what to do next. Tracking helps you learn about your body and focus on methods that work for you.
