Whether it be a physical book or a download from Audio Books, you really should get in to the habit of reading regularly. “Why?” you ask...

Here are just a few of the reasons why you should dedicate yourself to reading daily, even if it's just for 10 minutes! Reading;

-          Reduces stress
-          Increases your knowledge
-          Improves your memory
-          Helps you sleep better
-          Helps you feel better and open up to a new perspective or way of being

Set yourself a challenge to read for just 5-10 minutes per day for the next 10 days. I know what you're thinking..."I don't have time!" Try leaving a book beside your bed and switch of the telly/Netflix just a few minutes earlier each night and opt out of the boring generic TV shows! Try it out for just 10 Days and guaranteed, you will feel better! You’ll be less stressed, you’ll be happier, you’ll be more confident and focused. We often form little habits (some of them not so beneficial) to our overall well being and we never really stop to think about it. Can you relate to this?!

Now, the trick is to find a book that really interests YOU! You are the only person who can really decide on that. Try to find a book that is going to teach you more about something you love. Then it’s easy to pick up that book and read just one chapter a day!
